Father has died I have know other life companion left. My mother is nowhere to be seen I look down 6ft my pale father wrapped in thin off white yellow sheets , I hear the trembles and the sudden outbreaks of crying. It was difficult laying father in the sod. I sit and wonder as my ear picks out the sound of my name being said, I listen deeper to hear, “he’s going crazy poor kid been through all this tramur.

Sacred Space!

As the term break closes and all Saint Patrick's children gathered around the recent Sacred Space, our school decided to establish this place of peace for children and staff of our school community to have a quiet place were they can reflect on anything they would like. The Sacred place contains of three special stones on the left is the RNDM  emblem which represents the Mission Sisters of our lady, on the right is the updated Saint Patrick's  School Crest, in the middle of the two stones is the third stone the image displays a Koru symbolises growth  and new life, the dove, the Spirit of God. The                                                          three Koru, the Trinity the relationship of God with Spirit and Christ.
