Sunny days

Always remember that if you are going to go out in this hot weather to do these 5 things.

1.) Put sunscreen on
2.) always remember a hat
3.) put shoes on for hot concrete
4.) Drink heaps of Water

    Thanks for the great sun safe tips! I like that you included drinking water! Many people forget to drink water on hot days! You can easily get dehydrated if you don’t drink water. Remember to always keep a water bottle with you.

    For Christmas, I got a metal bottle! It’s super cool and it’s rainbow! Do you have a favourite bottle?
